On the way to cleaner cities! The aim of this SAAS application is to allow Belgian citizens to participate in the improvement of the outdoor spaces of their cities. How it works ?
Thanks to geolocation, the user can report the place where the problem is encountered.
The user chooses the reporting and sending via the mobile app to the service concerned for support
It has the possibility of adding a comment as well as photos. The citizen is kept informed of the evolution of his report.
The backoffice
All reports are grouped together in a back office. It is possible to see them on a map or in the form of a listing. Reports can be assigned to an area or a team and the status of the problem can be changed.
